Trouble getting DJI Care Refresh to activate?

Anyone else have trouble getting there DJI Care Refresh activated? I bought mine through Aerial Media Pro and they just sent me the code to activate it and it says its an invalid code. I only have a few more hours to get this thing activated to be within 48 hours. What am I doing wrong?

This is the page I used like a week ago without a problem. Make sure you type in the correct S/N (you can find it on the box your Phantom came in as well).

Thanks so much guys. I just figured it out. Once you put a wrong number in at all you have to refresh the page or it will just keep saying that it is an invalid activation code. As soon as I refreshed and put in correct code to a T it worked instantly. All good!

Took me a few attempts after code failure , it was hard to make out if the 0 were O's or 0's lol
