DJI PHANTOM 3 PRO CAN NOT TO ACTIVATED, ERROR CODE : 256

Hello guys, can you help me, i bought my phantom 3 pro, last week, but i can't activated my drone, when i try to activated my drone, i got error code : 256, i can't creat name for aircraft, i'm using xiaomi 6x and asus max pro, any suggestion with my problem?

If you bought it used, it’s already been activated. No need to go to DJI for anything. Just put your FAA numbers on it and name it anything you want. No other registration needed. Go fly ?

Or do you mean it won’t turn on?

Is this a new or refurbished drone you are trying to activate? If so, are you logged into your DJI Go account from the app?
