Trust me..I filmed it and it was 100% not a setup.

Some peoples scepticism amazes me!

My edited version....

The reason I thought is was a setup was because of the footage that was over and around the cars and people, I just thought it was a bit strange seeing as we're not supposed to fly that close to people and the fact that we're supposed to fly line of sight. If it was line of sight it couldn't have been accidentally filmed as you would of seen the people with your eyes which isn't an accident, it would have been intentional.
