Nice tips! I always try to get a stable footage while flying/recording. IMO, if the footage is too shaky none of the stabilization options including the one in FCPX doesn’t work so well. Do your best while the bird up in the air

Yeh very very true. Although i was amazed the magic it did on my Viaduct train scene when the FCPX Stabilization in depth tutorial. It was dramatically better. But sometimes as you say it just doesnt cut it and ive had to bin shots. Its usually if its windy
