Tips for Real Estate Video and Photos?

I've been learning to fly my Phantom for a couple weeks. Still lots to learn.

I have the basic setup of the GoPro Hero 3 Black, Carbon Fiber Anti-jello mount, and balanced stock props.

I was hoping anyone of you guys have some tips for shooting real estate? I don't have an FPV or gimbal yet.

I'm hoping to do some of that myself. Still working on the right settings to get the look I want. I'm guessing that to get what we want will take 2 things: shoot lots of video, edit like crazy to get the good bits.
