I stopped by Best Buy today to pickup another $119 P3 battery (they were out). No fewer than six people were asking for DJI Phantom 3 or 4's. They were sold out. Employee says they have sold dozens this week.

First person on scene is in charge till someone higher than them takes over. so drone operator would need someone with 107 license older than his if he has one or stays in charge at accident. remember civil servants are YOUR employee.

A buddy of mine lives in Los Angeles and showed up at the beach to fly one evening and there were no less than 12, I repeat - a DOZEN Phantoms in the air.

He packed up and went home
