I bought my drone from Best Buy about 2 weeks ago.
I can't seem to get 2.7k or 1080 video.
I plugged my drone in directly via the usb on the side of the top part of the gimble (no luck only got 720p)
I went to the store and bought a Digipower 42-in-1 multi card reader, popped out my sd card (that came with the drone) out, put it in the Digipower usb adapter, pulled video off from the card directly, and still got only 720 video. I tested it by uploading it directly to youtube, no software editing.
I can't figure out whats wrong. In the DJI app I set the options to 1080p @ 30fps .
