Tablet restarts when turning on controller

Hi, I have a Phantom 4 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. About half the time my tablet restarts when I turn on the controller. It doesn't matter if I first turn on the controller, then connect the tablet or first connect the tablet, then start DJI Go, then turn on the controller or turn both on, then connect the tablet.

I have searched the internet for a solution, but can't find any.

My current app version is 4.2.14.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Try changing the settings on your tablet so that it uses the USB in a different way.

Go to settings > About Tablet > Find where it says the build number (you may have to tap "Software information" then find it) > When you found it, keep tapping it multiple times until Developer mode/options is enabled > Find USB configuration and change it to MTP (Media Transfer Protocol). Also make sure that USB debugging is off.

Thanks. Unfortunately both of those settings were already set like that. USB configuration is set as MTP and USB debugging is off.
