About a month ago I ran my P3A into a tree branch and it fell on concrete from about 15' height. The shell was slightly damaged as was one of the motors. I ordered a new shell, new motors and swapped it all out. Prior to placing the new top shell on, started the bird, everything worked except it said "IMU Calibration needed" which seemed reasonable after such a fall. I closed the case and tried doing the IMU Calibration. The bird will not calibrate - it goes to 1% and stops.
It appears the accelerometer is stuck to the -16 in the X axis. I've read to smack/slap the drone to get tre Accelerometer to become unstuck, but have not had any luck.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? Should I just get a new ESC or is there a more cost effective way to get the bird flying again?
