Stronger springs for transmitter sticks?

OK. I can't be the only one who finds the return springs on the Tx sticks to be way too lose, can I? When I'm flying, I find that many times I give some inadvertent yaw while changing throttle. Or I end up rolling left or right slightly while trying to move forward. It's all because the return springs on the sticks are way too lose and you can't feel what is straight up/down or straight left/right. Has anyone tried using tighter springs or does anyone know if someone makes tighter springs? I haven't even opened the Tx yet to see what's in there but I assume it's not adjustable and you'd have to find stronger springs?

Thanks,
Mike

Easier just to learn to control it or fly it.
Do you use a lanyard, if so let it hang and don't rest your hands on the TX use only your thumb and forefinger .
You will find this will give you a better feel for the sticks.
