Still image size very small

Recently, I began noticing still image file size is averaging only about 400 KB...tiny!
Looked back at some of my older shots and the file sizes were from 1.8 MB to 8 MB.

Can anyone point my to a setting(s) which I may have inadvertently changed?

Yes, I am reading the files directly from the card plugged into my laptop.

I am shooting just jpg to save space on card.

Odd, could be something is misreporting the file size. Can you post 1 here?

Attached is the data for one of the images. The file size is definitely small...very pixelated.

I imported the file into aperture (mac) and the file size is actually much larger...(2.1MP). Much better but still a fairly small file compared to the 8 MP i had gotten in the past.

These are png files, the phantom shoots dng and/or jpg, how are you getting png?

But they are 1920x1080, are you videoing in 1080p and snapping pics with video running?

Yes, exactly!

That’ll be it. Taking photos whilst videoing snaps a frame from the video. If you stop the vid before snappping you’ll get the full glory of the p4p camera
