Still having cached map issues

[SHRED]

I preload my maps while on my home wifi but when I get away from an internet connection out away from home I get no map.
What is weird is I test it at home by loading the maps, turning off wifi and even rebooted while wifi is off and the map showed up.

I don't know what's going on.
