I too am having similar issues. However here is a little tool that I use as a rotorcraft aviator to verify GPS is working and accurate before I fly.

RAIM or receiver autonomous integrity monitoring is a system that monitors our GPS system for errors using ground based antenna's strategically placed throughout the continental U.S. The result is the information when you follow the above link. Once you do click the link, it is a JAVA app, check the box next to interference to the realtime GPS interference or possible future problems. Again I know it does not address DJI Phantom problems, however it's a great tool to have in the tool bag. Get in the habit of checking it before you fly if you can. It's part of my daily preflight.
