That sounds so familiar! My P4P is actually a plus as well and for the same reason I was also motivated to purchase a P4P controller. Well first I was offered one from a liquidator( he had purchased bulk lots from Amazon for example) At any rate one was a phantom 4 standard that had a P4P controller. So I purchased the controller.(the one for sale) Then I found a buyer for my plus controller but I would have to take his on trade. Decided to keep his controller for my bird as it showed signs of use and figured easier to sell the pristine one. Btw I did test it to confirm that there were no issues with it.
