Not the best day to film but I needed to get out and fly and have been wanting to file the Salt Lake City City/County building for awhile. There was some type of artist event going on so they had a fence all the way around the building. Not going to stop me and my Phantom 3.

Lol.....and the state of California....protected bird....anyone remember the story of the baseball pitcher who threw a ball up in the air a killed a seagull....i know he got fined...but can't remember the whole outcome....but it was big buzz for its day.
