If you use orientation AND video, best to hit the throttle and gain some altitude and hope video comes back. Worst case, yah, hit RTH. But with RTH on the P3 (not sure about others) you can take back control as soon as you have video again if you want.

1 mile Range test

Was lucky enough to get out to the Columbia River Gorge. Threw together a couple videos of Multnomah Falls and Latourell Falls. It was super windy at Multnomah Falls but my P3P handled it like a pro!!!

Also went to Hawaii and took these awesome shots. It's sweet being a flight attendant and having a P3P!!!
