For profit needs a 333 exemption and a licensed pilot

Click my link above.

It does not cost anything to apply for a 333 exemption.

You cannot use the FAA UAS registration when flying for commercial purposes. Instead, you must register each aircraft and get an N number for each aircraft. In most cases, you don't need a COA when flying below 200 feet.

Big ones.

Are there any penalties for not having a pilot license?
A pilot license will be a requirement in your approved 333 exemption. So, you will not be able to use your exemption without it.

You cannot fly for profit without a 333 exemption (and following the requirements within). Doing so would be illegal.

I like to fly high, I will be recording for realtors so I would need a really good aerial shot

In most cases, 200 feet is probably too high for taking video/photos of homes.
