Sending my P3A back to DJI but don't know which is my serial number...seem to have a lot of different ones stuck to the aircraft

Sent from my SM-G925F using PhantomPilots mobile app

This one is your Phantom's serial number:

The other 2 are the VPS module and the gimbal. Record all of them before you send it back and check them when it's returned! If they are different, you got switched out with someone else's refurb.

Good advice, thanks - have the photos now so will hold on to them...this is such a pain!

Darn it! I sent mine back a week ago and didn't think to take pics of the serials! Let's see what comes back

If you still have the box, bird and gimbal #s should be on the tag.

when DJI gets it you'll get an email and it will show the list of things you sent back along with serial numbers for each item, at least it did when I just sent in my p4 with controller... it matched what I had written down....well see if they match when it comes back home hopefully by weeks end

FWIW, DJI's warranty states that they use refurbished parts as needed when repairing Phantoms.

By using the serial number, is there a way to see when the aircraft was made? I noticed there is a serial number decoder for Mavic Pro but I didn't see anything for Phantoms.
