Self Unlock Issue

Hey All! I've got authorization (through the DJI FlySafe site) for a blue zone, but when I go to sync it in the app I get "Request failed. Please contact DJI Support. (Error code:-12006)" I've checked logins, reinstalled app, etc. but feel like I'm missing something stupid simple. :)
 
Do you get onscreen prompt to update flysafe at any time,,should come up just after conected to app..you could click on ME at bottom of home screen and click on check for updates,,or have look in app in settings at bottom says ABOUT,,check there for updates as well..I just update mine recent but on start up it still prompt me update or ignore so might be a bug about
 
Checked for updates every way I can find. Uninstalled and reinstalled app on 1 device. DJI has responded and I sent them some more info, waiting to hear back.
 
DJI got back with me..."This issue has been restored by the R&D team". Re synced and all is well now!
