Second owner, any advice for repair?

I traded for a Phantom 3 purchased new in January. It's stopped showing video and now won't even link. I talked to dji and at first they got it working, but it's quit again. Any chance this will still be covered under warranty? I would think since it was purchased new on the 26th of January should still be covered. No I don't have a receipt.
 
Are you sure you are following the correct procedures for flying?

Talk to DJI service and give the reference of last repair. Best of luck.
