Yes, as you see in the pic that is the inspire bracket upgrade.

I did this also, puts a few marks on the mount but worth it to have to rig more balanced, especially with the added weight of the hood.

The clasp I see on a lot of these seem to be from the same maker . I have had 2 different straps that the clasp broke
when it was around my neck but was lucky enough to catch it. I went and got one of these from the hardware store
and it's small and I don't worry about that anymore !
