Just an update to this. Apparently, when I tried the recording, I did it w/o the AC connected. Worked smooth as glass. Finally flew yesterday ( winter here) and the video had major lag and issues as others have reported. It appears a faster processor is necessary for the recording function to work properly. About $600 to get the pro....hmmm.
