Ribbon cable replacement videos?

I tore the P3 standard's ribbon cable in a crash last fall. I disassembled only to find that I had incorrectly ordered the Pro cable so I shelved it and am just now am ready to install correct cable now that I have it.

It's been months since I disassembled so I'd like to know if there are any videos that show everything? I've found videos for the pro but I have the standard. Help would be appreciated.
