A friend lost his P4P into the ocean while shooting some videos. He is not technical so I offered to help him pull the low resolution videos from his controller. He has the Phantom 4 Pro PLUS model transmitter with the display built in. I thought it would be simple to get the videos from the onboard SD card but they are not on the SD. I can watch them from the controller's display so I know they are in its internal memory. But there is no copy or move function available when I view the videos. Only DELETE! How do I get them?

Can you attach the RC to a computer at locate the files that way? Haven’t tried it my self. Worth a shot.

I tried all that before I opened this discussion. I also checked the onboard SD card. The videos are not there either. But they are in the built in display. This is the PLUS model that comes with the display and Go Fly app installed. But no apparent way to copy the videos to my computer.
