Anyone able to advise on the following for a Mini 3 Pro in the UK

Private property is an area where we can't land/take off from?

Is it fine to stand in private property whilist flying (I assume this would just a civil matter of trespass?)

If I reach a building higher than 120m, can I fly above it, if so is it 120m from the top of the building?

Greetings from Birmingham Alabama, welcome to the forum!

See if this resource helps.

I'm from Australia... have just taken a look at the UK's new drone regulations. Could they have made them any more complicated!?
You can fly over private property. You would, of course, need permission to enter private property yourself.
As for buildings (or obstacles - as they're referred to) taller than 105 metres, you can fly over them (& exceed 120 metres elevation above the ground) provided:
- The obstacle is overflown by no more than 15 metres.
- You have permission from whomever is in charge of the obstacle.
- You do not fly closer than 50 metres horizontally from the obstacle.
