Replaced p3s ,dji go drone name?

Used new to me,replaced fly off,in the DJI go my account name mangycat, when I look at flight records at top of screen picture of p3s with name mumms,did prior owner name the drone? Can I change it?

My stuff is packed away for a gig on Tuesday so can't walk you through it step-by-step, but it's in the GO app settings. And yes, you can change the name.

With your drone powered up in advanced settings hit the 3 dots takes you to General settings and is at bottom .

Yes I got same with a new used p4 I get,,,I have tried change here but still shows in flight records as someone else's name,,,mine shows my name 3 times and then another on the end which is the used drone,,,I think I even tried in airdata where say drone name but had no luck,so bit confused on this myself

This pic from Airdata where I had seen drone names before,,,it does not show my new p4 here only old one,,,it say my last flight was with p34k--it was p4.yip I'm confused,,,,any where else i can look???

Here's my lot of names number 5 different,,just tell me I have lost the plot and don't worrie. Do other multiple phantom owners get this ?how to change the name please

I have the same as you as I have changed names . It won't carry over your flights to a different name .
It starts over .Or does with mine . Our's look different but am using IOS .mine say ..Growth of value .

When I first acquire this used drone it only had 4 flights on board and now reads 78 so my not start from start again but still has old pilot name even after syncing flights,,,this my new used p4 ,not a big issue but it is annoying having someone else's name up there..............also add yup when powered on I have growth of value there,,,interesting it not there when drone not powered up,oh well always has to be something or it an it right lol........ok me just check that cause that has changed..good spotting ....i never notice...it used to say growth of value..see the phantom get me again without knowing,tricky,always something
