Replaced Crashed Phantom 4 Pro

I purchased a new P4P from an eBay seller without a camera to replace one that crashed due to sensor failure. Upon receipt, I removed the camera from the old unit and installed on the new one. Booted it up and it did nothing but beep. No flashing lights, nothing, except the camera works. Need advice please. I have attempted to upload video, but claims it isn’t an allowed format. It is an .mp4 ??
