Mine did that. It was because one of the sticks zero position was off.
The RC remembers the center position, because the potentiometer and mechanics always are off a tad, and when powers up compares the position to where center is suppose to be. To far away and you get the beeps and flash. Go into the stick calibration section of the GO app and you'll see what axis is off. You can then do a calibration.
However, be prepared for it to do this again, opposite direction of how it's off now.
Why the check? Because if the center / zero position is to far off (out of the dead band zone), upon flying it'll go off in a direction you won't want.
ETA: Of course this presumes that your sticks are centered when you power it up.
