Phantom 4 battery

Went to charge one of my Phantom 4 batteries the other day. Last time I flew I went down to 30%. I plugged in to the battery then to the wall socket. It flashed like it was going to charge. The first light blinked a few times now it stays steady and doesn't do anything else.
Put it in the drone and it doesn't show any information on my I Pad. Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Just keep it on the charger for overnight to see if it finally charges. Might help to press and hold the button for 5 seconds first but that could kill it if it's drained completely.
