reading txt files

what software do i use to be able to read txt files. When i open them in notepad they are unreadable.

What? Do you mean data files or what?....The .txt data files must be converted first...

Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer - Phantom Help
Upload your .txt file there and see the magic happen.

Thank you for your time and response. I am very new to all of this and just want to ensure i do things the right way.

What? Do you mean data files or what?....The .txt data files must be converted first...

We need to make a few assumptions for those newer to the hobby, the lingo takes a while to get around. A safe assumption would be that text file = flight log. We have phantomhelp and airdata as being good starting points. It’s not actually a text file even though it has a .txt extension. There is very little human readable content prior conversion.
