RC problem

I have bought Phantom 3 Standard two days ago. And I have a problem with RC. Almost each time when I turn on RC, I see this:

After that I calibrate RC using DJI GO, and can fly... But next time (in just a few hours) I have the same problem when I turm on RC. What would you advice?

That blink pattern means your remote controller needs to be calibrated. If it cannot remember the calibration, then I'd recommend you contact DJI about a replacement.

Maybe there is a way to do hard reset for RC?

Mine does that also until i connect it to the phantom. As soon as they connect with wifi it turns green. So what is it supposed to do? I'm wondering if I need to calabraite it.

Solid red and 4 greens . No blinking .

It is not just blinking, but also beeping. And it is impossible to run engines...
