Range

Hey just got a new phantom 4 and listen I am very very new to this so any info would be great.my issue is when I get to about 4,000 to 4,200 feet away in any direction I start to loose RC receiver transmitting signal and return back home because I am scared of loosing my phantom and I am in an area with very few homes or towers and stuff that I think would interfere with it.Thanks again for any help
