So just started really exploring Assistant 2.
With MacBook Pro 2018 and MacOS 10.13.6 and Asst v2.0.2
I do see dat files in a folder on the desk top which can be viewed in Asst 2.
I do see the SD card in the AC so can obtain pictures and videos.
But…
First asks if OK that DJI accept incoming. I say sure.
What network is it using? What incoming is it accepting? I see nothing about DJI in MacOS Networks in Sys Prefs.
Next it says I need to update no fly zone; I say Ok
It then downloads, then starts to transmit, then says failed, then asks to upload error log to which I say sure. But I find no error log to view and the no fly zone was never updated. What is up with this? What did I do wrong?
Then I select Data Upload but see only blank screen and never ending spinning cursor. What is up with this? What did I do wrong? What data was to be uploaded? To whom?
Then I select Flight Records and it indicates that I should choose which to upload. But I see no flight records to choose. What is up with this? What have I done wrong?
Any advice on dealing with these issues?
PS: also tried MacBook Air 2012, same result. No help from DJI chat and said they would pass on to "engineering team" but seems "engineering team" never answers.
