PS3 gain all problem

My gimbal keep tilting up and brown every couple of seconds. I've done IMC AND GIMBAL CALIBRATION several time and nothing helps. Does anyone think it could be a bad ribbon cable?

The only time I remember reading of a similar complaint, was when a user had filters on his camera that were too heavy, and the excess weight was causing the pitch motor to overload and drop down.
