Prop guard sensors... HELP!!!

For some reason my drone will decide to turn off front facing object ovodience cameras as it thinks there are prop guards on!!! (I do not have prop guards on) I have cleaned the cameras don't know what else to do. Any help will be appreciated

Download the P4 manual from the DJI site..DJI Phantom 4 – Specs, FAQ, Tutorials and Downloads ,and also Assistant.

Instructions are on page 21 of the manual.
