Prop balancer in the UK?

Any advice on where to buy a prop balancer for the phantom 2 in the UK?
Or better still is there a cheap DIY clever way to balance the props?

I believe there are a few ways of prop balancing DIY style but i wanted to be sure i was doing it correctly.
