Programable buttons on P4 controller?

Just curious how may pilots use the two programable buttons on the rear of the P4 controller and what for??

I use one to move the Camera Up & down
The other I use it to turn the lights on or off

I use the left one to point the camera straight down for a "plan view", what lights?

On the P3 one of the C buttons can be used to toggle the front red arm lights on and off, id think the P4 could do the same. I use one for camera up/down and the other for battery info.

 

[Phantom 4 Pro w/ Moverio]

I use it sometimes as well, to turn lights on and off, switch between map views.
What I am wondering is if it is possible to use them for non DJI equipment Mods, like addon FLIR camera ETC
Any feedback on that concept?
