Problem with DJI Agras T16

Hello,
I can not import my Maps and Routes to DJI Agras T-16 sprayer drone because I can not see and download new firmware (v02.03.0154) from remote controller's MG2 App or via Web. I am still using (v02.01.0312) which is not supporting Terra 2.2. Could you help me to download new firmware? I can not work into fields.

That's a pretty specialised agricultural drone and that particular model has only ever been briefly mentioned here before.

But I see you made the same post on another forum, which I won't name, but you should know where. You appear to have received some useful advice there from other users of that drone model, but if that doesn't help at all then your best solution could be to contact DJI about it.

Actually I was not able to describe my problem in right manner While searching I found the above question, it helped me but the answers over there were not satisfactory. So I copied it.

I think you would probably find more useful information on the CommercialDrone Pilots forum. Not many attach agricultural sprayers to a Phantom series UAV.

Have you tried contacting DJI Customer Support? Seems they would have more information and would cater to commercial users more than prosumer customers.

I just went to the DJI website for the T16 Agras T16 - Agricultural Spraying Drone and this is way more than a Phantom class aircraft and I feel you are only here on the Phantom forum to complain about DJI. As suggested above, I think you need to contact DJI directly to solve your issues. I believe their support techs could walk you through your issues with a lot more efficiency.

hello I have a problem with my two Agras T16 update T20 drones, in both it is the same problem, air enters pumps 2 and 3 this happens very often, to get out of trouble I open the nozzles and with the help of an air compressor I take the air out. He managed to solve the problem but not long after it returns. I thought it could be the pumps but I have already moved them and they are working at one hundred percent or so the control marks me. If you have knowledge with which you could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
