Pro 3 video is choppy need help

Had pro 3 2 years haven't used it much maybe 1 hour tops, been useing my p3s, now all my video is choppy with lines going through it, when i first got it no problem at all beautiful video, always properly stored, it has the original firmware from 10/2016 and i switched phones since i have used it last( the phone i have now is not the best) and i last primarily used a i-pad mini 2 which broke. Also I'm just learning how to set the camera up that i know very little about but that wasn't an issue before, so please help if you can

What are you viewing the video on? What are your video settings? If you're shooting in 4K and your viewing device isn't up to speed video will be choppy very bad.

Hey bigA107 thanks for the info, the biggest problem was the phone, the rest was a little of everything you mentioned
