Playback quality

Why is it at times when I go to view one of my videos on youtube, it will only play in 360 and not the 1080 it was recorded at. The setting will not let me change it while viewing the video. .

If it is right after you first uploaded, its because YouTube is still processing. If not, double check your output settings on your video editor.
