I sent an e-mail to Pinnacle developers highlighting a problem concerning video shot on a Phantom P3a. All is explained below and I hope this helps others on the forum. The following e-mail was sent to Corel on the 17 June 2018.
Sometime ago I raised a ticket advising you of a Pinnacle 21 Ultimate App hang on a windows OS machine :-

I have now discovered why these faults were generated. The video I was trying to edit was shot on a DJI Phantom P3a quadcopter (Drone) at a resolution of 2704 x 1520 and Pinnacle 21 is not able to process this. I have since tried and tested 1920 x 1080 and Pinnacle 21 accepts this.
Please confirm the above information is correct and is there any way that Pinnacle 21 can be adjusted in settings to accept 2704 x 1520. If Pinn 21 is not able to process this resolution, then I think it is handicapped for many thousands of DJI quadcopter owners and could be losing out on potential sales.
I will post any replies received from Corel.
