Pilot App Re-install

If I delete the DJI Pilot App from my iPad and re-install in hopes of fixing an issue, will that also delete all my flight logs?

Not if you upload them first. Hit the Cloud icon up top to sync to web, then do same after reinstall to update app on your device.

It will delete them off of your device, but if they are synce'd in the cloud you can re-download them in the new install.

DJI service in the user center, once you log in on the new install you can re-sync and it will download you flight records
