Photo vs video screenshot

Hello, I've been wondering , if I wanted to post a nice still phantom 4 image on Instagram , would the quality be better if I took the shot as a photo, or if I take it as a screenshot from a video? Any idea what the pro's do to get such good looking drone pics on social media? Or any advice ? Thanks!

A frame grab, especially one from 4K footage will look good on instagram. It is a lower quality and resolution than a still from he camera though, esp if you shoot raw stills. The compression artifacts in the video further degrade the still quality.

Actual photo is much better especially for instagram , screenshot is a lower resolution and will appear grainy...
