Please tell me how to take a picture of the paranoma and make a picture of the paranoma.
What app should I use?

I believe Go App does it as well. However, if you have intermediate image editing skills and use Lightroom or other similar software, you can manually capture the series of images to merge and have total control of the the process and the outcome.

Litchi has a Panorama function, it takes multiple fotos but does NOT stitch them together.
For stitching the photos you could use the free 'Image Composite Editor' or 'ICE' from Microsoft:
