phantom vision problem

Hi I wonder if anyone has encountered this problem before, my drone came down hard and broke a few pieces, it was sent in for repairs and all re set and re programmed, but since the crash it wont display the height or distance or what direction its facing on my i phone, if i go to locate my phantom its stuck back at there it crashed! any one know what i need to do to get it working? everything else is working including return to base.
