Phantom Pro 4+ (gl300e problems)

My gl300e wont allow me past the login screen. When trying, the controller says the remote isn't connected to the internet even though it is. tried sd card update for firmware didnt work either. Any suggestions?
 
Messing with firmware will likely cause more problems, especially if it was fine previously. Make sure you're logged into your DJI account before connecting, linking, etc.

If your GL300E won’t pass the login screen and says it’s offline, try this:

  1. Check Wi-Fi properly – Open the Android settings (swipe down → hold Wi-Fi icon) and confirm it shows “Connected, Internet available.” Forget the network and reconnect if needed.
  2. Set correct date/time – Wrong system time can block DJI login. Set it to automatic. omegle chat
  3. Clear app cache/data – Settings → Apps → DJI Go 4 → Storage → Clear cache (and data if needed).
  4. Try mobile hotspot – Some routers block DJI servers. ometv
  5. Factory reset controller (backup first).

If firmware via SD failed, re-download it from DJI and retry. Otherwise, contact DJI Support for possible account binding or hardware issues. Hope this will help you.
