Phantom Assistant & RC Assistant

Can someone please explain the purpose of the DJI RC System Assistant application. I have both that and the Phantom Assistant applications loaded but it seems all the stuff the RC Assistant does is handled by the Phantom Assistant.

One is for the controller. the other is for the controller working with the quad.

RC Assistant calibrates the radio (TX controller). Phantom assistant calibrates the speed controllers to the radio as well as all the other adjustable features in the software. Radio should be calibrated prior to calibrating to the speed controllers.
