DJI recently released new prop guards that don't interfere with obstacle avoidance as previous ones did. I've tried them on a P4P and they work as advertised. They claim to fit P4 "series".

The best would likely be those supplied by DJI.

Unless your planning to fly in close quarters where contact with an obstacle is likely or you intent to fly close to people/animals (best avoided) i wouldn't use them. As has been said, they do reduce the performance of the AC, reduced flight time and susceptibility to wind being the most obvious issues.
