Phantom 4 Pro v2 remote control

I have Phantom 4 Pro v2, my remote control was suddenly not work , remote not working with DJI go 4 app... remote can't link with DJI go 4 app... please any suggestions for me...

I have the same problem, I have a Phantom 4 Pro+ V2.0, working fine with GL300K, but I have bought a GL300L on Ebay to be able to use 3 party apps. But The GL300L will not conect to DJI GO 4 on Iphone og Android tablet and do not connect to windows computer or macbook when running newest DJI Assistent software. I seems none of the USB-ports on the GL300L is working.
From what I have read, Mr Patel could try to connect his controller to a PC using DJI Assistent software and reinstall firmware...

Does remote connect and work without device and app? If so, first uninstall Go 4 and reinstall or try different device.

There is always the issue of making sure you are using a data USB cord, commonly referred to as OTG.
