Flying my Phantom 4 and within 15 or so minutes the gimbal lost power to operate from control sticks. It just hangs there. I don't have my receipt from sale. Will DGI look at it at all ?

I did check the flat cable and it was good and tight ? I sent it out to CA to DJI but they said I would need the receipt from it and what email address I registered it under. Both were lost. I'll just have to wait and see I guess.Looks like a bad (flat cable) connection. Try pushing all connectors.
If there are no damages, DJI might repair it for free.
